Chapter Two | Make it Official
We can set up a video call or a phone call to get to know each other further and make sure Golden Clover is the perfect fit for your wedding day. If you already know we're a perfect fit and don't need a call, that's perfectly okay too! Once you've chosen the collection that fits your story, I'll send over your contract and invoice. Once the contract is signed and your retainer is paid, your wedding date is officially saved on my calendar!
Chapter Three | Let’s Dream It Up
This is where the planning fun begins! We'll plan your engagement session (If it's included), talk through all the little details, and build a photography timeline that keeps your wedding day feeling relaxed and never rushed.
Before the wedding, you'll fill out a questionnaire so I have everything I need in one place, from the moments that matter most to your vendor details. That way, when your wedding day arrives, you can enjoy it while I make sure we're ready for everything we've planned together.
Chapter Four | Your Wedding Day
Take a deep breath, soak it all in, and celebrate. I’ll be there to gently guide you when you need me, document the moments you didn’t even realize were happening, and probably steal you away for a few sunset portraits if the sky decides to show off.
This is your day, so enjoy it your way. Sing "Love Story" or "Dance With Someobody" at the top of your lungs with your favorite people, sneak away for a quiet moment together, hit the dance floor and take it all in. I'll be there capturing the big moments, the little ones, and everything in between so you can come back to them again and again.
Chapter Five | Relive the Story
After your wedding, I'll carefully hand edit your images and start bringing your full wedding story together. Within 7 days, you'll receive a sneak peek gallery filled with family portraits, favorite moments, and little pieces of the day you may not have even seen happening.
Your full gallery will be delivered within 6-8 weeks. Then comes one of my favorite parts: getting to relive it all. The happy tears, the people you love, the dance floor chaos, the quiet moments, and all the little pieces that made the day yours.
Years from now I want these photographs to take you right back to how it all felt and truly tell your story!
